Michel Mondet, 49 years old, graduated with a Masters degree in business administration from ESSEC (’81). During his career, Michel has held senior positions in Credit and Market Risk with “Crédit National” (now part of Natixis) and“Caisse des Depots et Consignations, CDC” Michel joined KPMG Peat Marwick in 1990 and was promoted partner of the “retail banking” Division as of 1996. Since 2001, Michel has been a major shareholder and non executive director of Aurinvest, a French private equity fund, and Chairman of Panoranet. |

Michel Demont, 58 years old, graduated with a Masters degree in business administration from HEC Paris (’72). He spent the major part of his career within KPMG Peat Marwick, where as vice president and general partner, he managed the “financial services” Division. He was Chairman of KPMG Corporate Finance, France.
Michel is actually Chairman of Aurinvest and co-founded Wagram Corporate Finance.
